Held every four years in the United States, IPTA 2027 marks the return of the Congress to the U.S. following the highly attended 2023 meeting in Austin and is expected to attract the largest concentration of pediatric transplant professionals worldwide.

IPTA represents a highly engaged, tightly connected global community, with the majority of its 750 members based in the United States. The Congress provides direct access to leading pediatric transplant physicians, surgeons, immunologists, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals - many of whom are key decision-makers and influencers within their institutions.

The 2027 program will address all aspects of pediatric transplantation across organs and disciplines, guided by the theme “Whole-Child Transplantation: Multidisciplinary Care in Pediatric Transplantation.”

Through plenaries, workshops, oral and poster sessions, attendees will engage with cutting-edge science, clinical innovation, ethics, and emerging technologies, creating a highly relevant environment for meaningful industry engagement.
